What we promise the people our agents talk to.

• An AI Native agent says it is an AI agent in its first sentence, every conversation, in chat and by voice. It never pretends to be a person.
• Ask for a person and you get one. Say “person” in chat, or ask on the phone, and the agent steps back.
• It answers from the business's own information. When it is not sure, it says so and hands off.
• It confirms what it did — the booking, the order, the reply — in one plain sentence.
• It does not sell you things you did not ask about, and it does not keep you waiting to make a point.

What it sounds like.

“Thanks for calling Desert Air. This is the Desert Air service agent — I'm an AI agent, powered by AI Native. How can I help?”
