How it works

Four stages. One accountable firm.

We evaluate the business, install the workforce, manage it over time, and report what changed — in your numbers.

1

The Evaluation

A senior leader who has run a business like yours meets with you and your leadership — the owner, and whoever runs the office, the books, sales, and service. Department by department we map the work that is done by hand today: the phones, the leads, the proposals, the orders, the invoices, the reminders, the follow-up nobody gets to. We show you which of it an agent takes, which tools you keep, which we bring, and who checks it.

What follows: the plan, in writing — the map of your manual work, the tools you keep, the tools we bring, the workforce we would install, the number, and the timeline.

2

The Install

First the tools, then the agents. We set up the tools you keep and bring the ones you are missing — website chat, a scheduling calendar, a bookkeeping system, a customer-service inbox — each one ready for an agent to work inside. Then we design the workforce for your company and for each person in it, configure every agent on your own data — your pricing, your policies, your voice — and train your staff to run all of it. Training is not a step after the Install; it is inside it. So are the checkpoints: what each agent may do on its own and what waits for a person — a refund, a quote above a threshold, a booking outside hours — are written into the plan and built into the workforce.

The rule: nothing is installed until your staff can run it. Before an agent speaks to a customer, you approve its first hundred replies.

3

Management

We run the workforce, update its configuration as your business changes, and support adoption — the second month is where most software fails and where our work starts. When something breaks, you call us. When an agent is unsure, it hands to a person and tells us. And every conversation every agent has is on the record for you — readable, searchable, live in the dashboard.

One number. One firm accountable for the whole workforce, not twelve vendors accountable for a login each.

4

The Report

On the schedule set in the engagement you see what changed: additional work completed, hours returned to the team and what they went to, and how the business is performing on the AI Native way of operating. Every figure is measured or labelled a target. Nothing is rounded to look better.

What the Report shows

Agents need tools. We bring them.

An agent works inside an application. Where you already have the right one, it stays. Where one is missing, we bring it — a scheduling calendar such as Calendly, a bookkeeping system such as QuickBooks, a customer-service inbox such as Gorgias, chat on your website — chosen for the outcome you want, licensed on your behalf or provided by AI Native, set up, and taught. It is in the plan and the price.

The tools you keep

If you like your CRM, your phones, your store, they stay. The agents are tied into what you already use.

  • Your CRM
  • Your phone system
  • Your store
  • Your accounting

The tools we bring

Where a tool is missing, we bring the best one for the job, ready for agents — licensed on your behalf, set up by us, and taught to your team.

  • Website chat
  • A scheduling calendar
  • A bookkeeping system
  • A customer-service inbox

The tools we make

When nothing on the market fits, AI Native provides its own application or builds one for you. Same plan, same price, same firm.

  • An AI Native application
  • A custom application

Decided in the Evaluation, priced in the plan, set up and trained by us. Nothing is added that the work does not need — and you never learn a tool alone.

What the Evaluation is not.

Not a demo

You will not watch a product. You will sit with a senior leader who has run a business like yours and go through your departments one at a time.

Not a sales pitch

If the honest answer is that one department is worth doing and the rest are not, that is the answer you get. The map is yours either way.

Not a commitment

A written plan follows the Evaluation. The Install begins only when your leadership signs it.

Who should be in the room.

The owner, and the people who carry the manual work: the office manager, the controller or bookkeeper, whoever runs sales and service. An hour of their time in the Evaluation is what saves them the rest of the year.

Can we see everything an agent says to a customer?

Yes. Every conversation an agent has — every call, chat, and email — is on the record for you: readable, searchable, summarized in the Report, and live in the dashboard. You see what it said, what it did, and where it handed to a person. Before it speaks to a single customer, you approve its first hundred replies.

Will my people use it?

Training is inside the Install. Nothing goes live until your staff can run it, and the first thing every person gets is a Chief of Staff agent — so the first thing the workforce does is give them their day back.

What does it cost against a hire?

Far less than the person you would otherwise have hired — for far more than one person's work. You pay one firm one predictable price for a workforce that covers every department and works around the clock: no salary, no benefits, no recruiting, no turnover. You receive your number in writing after the Evaluation.

Who do I call when it breaks?

Us. One firm, one number. The Management stage exists for exactly this: we run it, update it, and answer the phone.

Book the Evaluation.

We meet with you and your leadership, map every department's manual work, and show you where an agent workforce fits. The plan follows in writing: the tools, the workforce, the number, and the timeline.
