The questions owners ask before they sign. Answered in full sentences.

Can we see everything an agent says to a customer?

Yes. Every conversation an agent has — every call, chat, and email — is on the record for you: readable, searchable, summarized in the Report, and live in the dashboard. You see what it said, what it did, and where it handed to a person. Before it speaks to a single customer, you approve its first hundred replies.

Can an agent do something we didn't authorize?

No. Every agent works inside limits you set: what it may answer on its own, what it may do on its own, and what waits for a person — a refund, a quote above a threshold, a booking outside hours. Those checkpoints are written into the plan and built into the workforce, and at each one the agent hands to a person.

Will my people use it?

Training is inside the Install. Nothing goes live until your staff can run it, and the first thing every person gets is a Chief of Staff agent — so the first thing the workforce does is give them their day back.

What does it cost against a hire?

Far less than the person you would otherwise have hired — for far more than one person's work. You pay one firm one predictable price for a workforce that covers every department and works around the clock: no salary, no benefits, no recruiting, no turnover. You receive your number in writing after the Evaluation.

Who do I call when it breaks?

Us. One firm, one number. The Management stage exists for exactly this: we run it, update it, and answer the phone.

What do I get back?

The Report — additional work completed, hours returned to the team, and how the business is performing — in your own figures, on the schedule set in the engagement.

Is this replacing my staff?

No. Agents take the routine; people do the work only people can do. The business grows without hiring.

What about our data?

It stays in your systems. Agents work inside the software you already use — the CRM, the books, the phone system, the store — and that is where your data lives and stays. Nothing is moved to a new place and nothing leaves your business. What stays where is written down before anything is installed.

We already tried a chatbot. We use ChatGPT.

Those are tools and bolt-ons. This is a workforce for the whole company, with a firm accountable for it.

We're too small. Or too complicated.

A solo operator gets the first staff they have ever had. A 300-person distributor gets an agent in every department. The Evaluation is where complicated gets mapped.

How long does it take?

We give you the timeline in writing after the Evaluation, and we do not install anything until your staff can run it.

Do we have to change our software?

No. If you like your tools, you keep them; the agents are tied into what you already use. Where a tool is missing — chat on your site, a calendar, a bookkeeping system, a customer-service inbox — we bring one that is ready for agents, set it up, and train you.

We don't have much software. Is that a problem?

No — it is the usual starting point. An agent needs a tool to work inside, so where one is missing we bring it. We choose it for the outcome you want, license it on your behalf or provide our own, set it up, and train you. It is in the plan and the price.

Will we have to buy a lot of software?

No. You keep what works. We add only what the work needs, and it is inside the one price you receive in writing after the Evaluation — not a stack of subscriptions for you to manage.

What happens if we stop?

Management ends and the agents are retired from your systems. Nothing about your business is held hostage; the terms are in the agreement you sign before the Install.

Who will we be talking to?

A senior leader from AI Native who has run a business like yours — not a salesperson, not a junior consultant. Our senior leadership team has built and run businesses of every kind and size together for 35 years, and the leader who maps your business stays accountable through the Install.

Who is accountable?

AI Native. A senior leader leads the Evaluation, the firm does the Install, and the firm manages the workforce. You have one party to call, and it is us.

The one that is not here.

Ask our agent — it answers from the same rules, and hands you to a person the moment you ask.
